3) Provide 3rd level support for Operations

Tech skills: LSEG Market data technologies, Network TCP/IP, Linux OS, communication skills, production support and engineering experience

1) Day to day Solace appliance and broker solution support
2) Solace Observability with Monitoring to react on significant Alerts
3) Creation of VPN for clients and helping them to setup their own instances on brokers
4) Level 1 and Level 2 support
